Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account.
Why is my order not shipped yet?
Usually order processing time is 1-3 working days, except pre-sale items.
For pre-sale items, we need ship it when it has been made such as some handmade or customized items, and you can check the pre-sale time from product description or with our customer service.

We ship to most regions worldwide. when you click check out, you can see the shipping option, if there is no shipping option, which means your coutnry is not in the shipping regions, and you can also contact us to see if we can add your coutry in.
