looks just like the images ! it's a little awkward to have the hat and ears on at the same time, but its possible of you move them around a bunch lol. the clothes are easy to put on and he also comes with a cute little birth certificate. silly :3 also arrived quicker than i thought he would !!

The plush is really cute looking and squishy. The apparel for Hoshimi is as advertised, you can take each piece off as you wish. The pin and key chain decor Is a nice touch, would definitely buy another plush from them.

I received this little guy as an early birthday gift and I seriously couldn't be happier! ⸜(｡˃ ᵕ ˂ )⸝♡ He was ordered while in stock so the processing took about three days and then he was shipped right after. Shipping was super fast! The little one arrived within seven business days.
Just a heads up, he comes completely nakey lol. His outfit is true to his in game design and it's super cute getting to see all the little details in miniature! ₍₍⚞(˶>ᗜ<˶)⚟⁾⁾ Getting him dressed was a bit challenging but it was fun overall. As for the plushie itself, it's very soft on the exterior but the inside is more firm/sturdy. I wasn't sure what to expect since it was my first purchase with Smile House but I was pleasantly surprised. He's very well made and the quality is great. I'll definitely be buying the other Harumasamasa𖹭 plushies later on! (˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶)

It was my first time ordering from this place. But when I placed my order I thought it who'd take at least 4-5 months. Nope! Only took about 2 and a half months so shipping and all was really good.
And the plushie it's self is amazing, amazing detail to the actual character Hu Tao from Genshin, like the Vision and other stuff. 10/10 who'd get a plush from here again

Not only was the product amazing quality but the customer services was also amazing. Any issue with the product and they would help you with it . Firefly came just like the picture with amazing quality.

It feels high quality its soft and the detail is spot on. It did take a bit to arrive but it was worth it I love it so much. I'm planning on buying more products from Smilehouse in the future.

I love how soft her hair is and how high quality the clothes are. Her ears are nice and fluffy and they gave me a tailless keychain and a miyabi pin which i wear alot in public. Also true to size. I love it so much thank you Smilehouse for this

Bought Aglaea along with Anaxa and it's finally arrived! Worth buying and it's so cute!

She's beautiful! She actually arrived late August, but I wanted to leave a review because of how happy I am with their plushies. I decided to order this because I was impressed with the attention to detail they did with the big Sparkle plush and Castorice is my favorite Amphoreus character.

Also, bonus points to their customer service. Since this version was the same price as the "big eyes" version, I asked the support team if I can change my order to that one and they were happy to accommodate. That's what I got in the end and now Sparkle has a friend. Thank you so much!

My favorite Wuthering Waves character, Hugo-
Very much what I expected and wanted him to be! The stuffing is dense, and he's very cute! There were only a few very minor issues him such as; a loose thread, and his hair shedding a little. Other than that though, he's very much a Hugo! Love him!

The month long wait was worth it to have the little guy!! Some details are off, but I I can overlook those.
