Although she took a while to arrive (due to holidays and the like), she is exactly what I wanted/hoped for. Big, soft, and huggable.

I originally was going to get the 40cm Bronya plush with the simplified eyes like the dorm chibis in Hi3. But I was told it was out of stock. That was a little disappointing because I have the 40cm chibi Seele and I was looking to get a matching Bronya for her. There was a little bit of a language barrier in customer service, but eventually they did understand what I wanted in place of her. So with no other choice really, I got this 30cm one. It came with a bracelet, which I gave to my cousin, who loves pink. Plush got here WAY faster than I expected (Seele took 26 days, Bronya took only about 15 and a half). The plush feels pretty high quality, and is very fluffy. I like the little beads on her necklace. I'm not one who usually likes cat/bear/dog ears on plushies, but i don't mind these. Being the 30cm model, its a little smaller than my Seele (about 25% smaller), and a lot smaller than I thought it was going to be. Regardless, it is extremely cute, and my Seele is very happy to have a friend. Thank you.

I have finally received my Sparkle after a month and a few weeks due to the pre-sale period (now in stock so usual delivery time) but waiting time was totally worth it !

The Sparkle Plush is very well made and very soft, she's so adorable and I was shocked by its size even though I knew she's 40cm tall.

Now I have Sparkle at home and i'm a fulfilled Sparkle fan.

I've been such a big fan of Black Swan and I always wanted a big plushie; someday I stumbled upon the smilehouse instagram account and dearly hoped for a Black Swan plushie by them, and I was overjoyed when I saw they made one. I bought it immediately and I love it with all my heart. 10/10, thank you so much <3

Honestly my favorite product from the site, it’s absolutely adorable looking, and makes for incredible pictures. The hat being detachable is just the cherry on top, as it can be put on other plushies of similar sizes. Recreated my DoT team out of plushies with this one :)

been a hot minute since i ordered him so i dont remember exactly how long shipping took, but i do remember it was like real fast tho. great quality and the fabric of his hair is suuuuper soft. 10/10

He's a little overstuffed but I LOVE HIMM! He's so well made and looks identical to the pictures, it was 100% worth the wait 💗

I got my Sparkle. The eyes are scary! 🫣 She comes with an LED flashlight to charge her eyes. Her clothes, eyes and accessories are made from very good material and pleasant to touch. I will untie the bow on her back and tie it again so it looks better. The jingle bell jingles loud 😄 The fox mask and the golden fringe look good. I'll also adjust her clothes because I think they're a bit too high on my one. Good thing you can dress her again 😄

The Black Swan Plush is SOOOOO BIG. I love her :) She is also very soft and cute. She arrived way earlier than expected!
