Smilehouse has incredible customer service that was quick and responsive when we had issues. The doll itself is amazingly high quality and was packaged with a lot of care.

The plushie is nice size and quite good quality, the sowing is well done and the material is pleasant to the touch. The package was well protected and came in one piece too!

She has taken over my life, she is very soft and cute.

Although it took a while to arrive after I pre-ordered, the quality of the plush was very high and it justified its price. This was my second time purchasing from this company, and I will be returning again.

I've purchased all sorts of plushies from all over the world, but the one I ordered from Smile House is incredible. There are so many intricate objects, including the ear fur which is a nice touch!

He came a day ago but I was finally able to open him up today,, and I adore him!! He's so cute and tiny—I love him so much! His tail is detachable, which came as a big surprise to me because I didn't expect it to be, but I love it! I just love him so much,, now I have to get him some clothes so he won't be naked anymore– I'm very happy with my lil bby!! <3

Furina arrived very nicely, everything was fine and smooth. It arrived quickly, but customs was a problem, but the product is 10/10 quality.

I ordered these back around May and I finally received them today. I was a bit nervous of how they will look because the lack of reviews. However, I'm glad I purchased them in the end because they look so cute irl. I didn't expect their heads to feel hard as bricks but they are adorable nonetheless. Mydei sheds a lot of tiny hair when I got him out, but I don't see it as a problem. I definitely recommend these and I'm planning to buy more in the future. 👍✨️
