Shipping & Delivery Policy

1.Order Processing Time
(1)In Stock Items: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM local time or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

(2) Pre-sale Items: Please note that some of our items are handmade or produced in limited batches. Production times vary and estimated shipping time will be clearly indicated on the product detail page. Your patience and support are greatly appreciated.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer free standard shipping or Commercial Shipping to most countries.
Exclusions may apply for certain remote areas, locations without established logistics service points, and restricted military zones.

Note: Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs, weather, carrier delays, or regional logistics conditions.


3. Shipping Restrictions
We currently cannot ship to the following:

  • Remote islands or areas without established logistics service points

  • Military restricted zones or embargoed regions

  • Countries/regions with ongoing severe political or logistical instability
    If your location is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout.


4. Freight Charges & Free Shipping Policy

  • Shipping costs are calculated in real time based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method or the Volume of your parcel.

  • Free Standard Shipping is automatically applied to orders over $9.9 USD (or equivalent in local currency) to eligible regions.

  • Free shipping covers standard postal or commercial logistics service; expedited/express options remain available for an additional fee.

  • Some remote or excluded regions (see Section 3) may not qualify for free shipping, and additional surcharges may apply.


5. International Shipping Notes

  • Customers outside the primary shipping zones are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost. 

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not liable for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect address entry.


6. Tracking & Support
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with:

  • Carrier name

  • Tracking number

  • Direct link to track your package
    You may track your order independently or contact our support team for delivery assistance.


7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the item, please check with neighbors or your local post office first.

  • For damaged items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will assist in filing claims with carriers for lost or damaged shipments and help arrange replacements or refunds where applicable.
